The glazing was a key element in this property’s design. We used aluminium profiles by industry-leading suppliers, AluK and Senior Architectural Systems. From being highly secure with a PAS 24 certification, to extra product features such as anti bi-metal polyamide strips which allow for varying expansion rates, our products are designed not only to impress with their aesthetic features but also to provide unparalleled product performance.

With the feature gable window we opted for the popular SF52 profile by Senior Architectural Systems for durability and exceptional thermal performance. The typical life expectancy of products made from this profile is 40+ years; the window will also be 100% recyclable at the end of its life, making this product an excellent choice for any sustainable project.

Both patio sliding doors have been manufactured using the Aluk BSC94 Duorail Inline Sliding Door. The ultra slim sight lights allow for magnificent views of our outdoors and are great for ease of access. It’s no wonder that aluminium patio sliders have quickly become the most desirable double glazing addition to new build properties.

The AluK Optio BSF70 system used to create the bifold door combines function and elegance. These ‘tested, tried and trusted’ bifolding doors have a firm place in the new build homes market. Design features include a unique flush line pop-out handle that allows for maximum door opening as well as high-performance stainless-steel rollers for smooth and consistent operation.
