Our award-winning team was delighted to collaborate with local building and construction company, Belvin Construction, and YMCA Lincolnshire on the new St Giles YMCA Community Centre project in Lincoln. The building has been designed to help regenerate the area and provide a much-needed hub for local residents. The centre will serve as a vital part of the local community, offering essential services, activities, and programs with an aim to increase community engagement and development. With a focus on enhancing accessibility, energy efficiency, and the overall aesthetics of the building, the project aims to create a modern, welcoming environment for future users.

We supplied and installed a total of 16 aluminium windows, 3 aluminium French doors, and 3 aluminium doors, all designed to meet the specific requirements of the project.

Details of Installation

The aluminium casement windows and doors were manufactured in-house at our Lincoln-based factory, where we employ cutting-edge technology to guarantee precision and quality in every product.

Commercial Aluminium Windows

We specified and installed the ALUK 58BW aluminium windows for this project. Known for their slim profiles and excellent thermal performance, these windows offer a contemporary aesthetic while ensuring optimal energy efficiency. The anthracite grey finish complements the modern look of the refurbished community centre. With advanced glazing options, these windows achieve low U-values, contributing to the building’s overall energy-saving goals.

Commercial Aluminium Doors

For the doors, we installed Senior Architectural Systems SPW501 doors in an anthracite grey finish to match the windows. These high-performance aluminium doors provide robust security features and superior durability. Their sleek design enhances the building’s entrance while maintaining excellent thermal insulation. The SPW501 doors are designed for high-traffic environments, making them an ideal choice for a busy community centre.

The new aluminium doors installed throughout the centre offer a sleek, contemporary design that aligns with the overall modern aesthetic of the refurbishment. Built with high-grade aluminium profiles, these doors provide superior strength, security, and ease of operation.
