Our Tradeglaze team were tasked with transforming what was once two separate properties into this beautiful, large family home. The clients envisioned a design that would flood the interiors with natural light, highlight breath-taking views of the gardens, and frame the surrounding landscape. To achieve this, we installed premium products that not only enhance the property’s visual appeal but also deliver superior thermal efficiency and long-lasting durability. Aluminium Patio Doors
The most notable transformation is without a doubt the high-performance bespoke aluminium sliding doors finished in the sophisticated RAL 7038 Agate Grey on White. Manufactured using the AluK 58BW Flush HI profile, the windows offer 45mm sightlines allowing maximum light to enter the property and maintaining a sleek and stylish appearance.
Aluminium Windows
To accompany the aluminium patio doors at the back of the property, our teams also installed floor to ceiling fixed windows, using the AluK 58BW Aluminium Window System, in our popular RAL 7038 Agate Grey on White finish. These aluminium fixed windows offer clean lines and advanced functionality, while performance remains uncompromised achieving low u-values of just 1.4 W/m²K with double glazing and 1.2 W/m²K with triple glazing.
Aluminium Door
The front entrance of this property is a true statement. This robust aluminium door combines exceptional security features, including a multipoint locking system, with outstanding thermal performance, achieving u-values as low as 1.1W/m²K . To complement the modern aesthetic of the property, the homeowners selected a sleek bar handle, perfectly aligning with the door’s contemporary design and reinforcing its striking visual impact.
Casement Windows
Our teams also replaced the entire house with new casement windows, removing the dated white PVCu and upgrading to Liniar 70mm Window System in RAL 7038 Agate Grey on White which complements the brickwork perfectly. These casement windows not only offer fantastic u-values but also a superior acoustic rating, all while suiting the aesthetic that the homeowners desired.
