Meet our Employee of the Month for June, Dan Molson! Dan is a vital member of our manufacturing team at Allenby Glass, our glass factory. He excels in creating bespoke leaded designs and precision cutting for double-glazed units. With 32 years in the trade and 17 years at Allenby Glass, Dan’s experience and dedication shine through his work.

A Team Player

Dan enjoys working within the supportive team environment at Allenby Glass and stresses the significance of teamwork. He says, “My role here has allowed me to develop effective communication and collaboration which are fundamental components to ensuring the smooth running of the production process. “

Passion for Craftsmanship

After years in the industry and witnessing various changes and advancements, Dan still finds immense passion in meticulously creating leaded designs. He says, “The thing that I always enjoy the most is creating leaded designs with bespoke artwork. The challenge of being creative and making something new that I know the customer is going to love is an exciting and rewarding process.”

Life Beyond the Glass

Outside of work, Dan loves to relax and unwind within nature whether that is camping or taking hikes through the beautiful Peak District. In addition to this, he loves to attend live music events in and around the city!
