Customer Service and Site Liaison Officer
We are looking for a Customer Service and Site Liaison Officer to join our growing Installations Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Liaison Role
- To facilitate the smooth running of our installation process by liaising directly with our customers’ Site Management Teams.
- Act as the principal point of contact post sale / pre installation ensuring this stage of the process is delivered seamlessly.
- Build pro-active relationships with customers’ Management Teams specifically those based on site.
- Conduct regular site visits and proactively communicate with all interested parties project timelines, key milestones etc.
- Organise and attend meetings to discuss the progress of the site and liaise with all interested parties, dealing with any problems should they arise.
Customer Service Lead
- Manage and respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear and timely resolutions.
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of snagging and defect inspections, to provide swift rectification.
Key Skills:
- Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A working knowledge of construction and residential development would be an advantage.
- Exceptional customer service skills and clear ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision and be process driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Appreciation of management structures in medium to large organisations.
- A pragmatic approach to the role as it will entail working on site in addition to time in the office.
Other Information:
- Whilst ideally, we would like someone from the building industry and available full time this is not essential as full training will be given and flexible working offered to the most suitable candidate.
- The successful candidate must be prepared to work in and around building sites and attend occasional out of hours meetings.
- A company vehicle will be available to facilitate all site meetings.

Stores and Stock Control Coordinator
We are looking for a Stores Person to join our Aluminium department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage stock, prepare orders, and ensure a seamless flow of materials and components within the warehouse.
- Check goods inwards against orders and delivery notes, ensuring all items have been received and are undamaged.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts to maintain accurate inventory tracking.
- Ensure stock is allocated and stored according to designated locations, report shortages, and manage a requisition system to maintain tight control over inventory.
- Allocate stock for upcoming jobs and liaise with the office to order any missing parts.
- Report any faults or missing items to the office in a timely manner to minimise delays.
- Organise parts for outgoing jobs, ensuring items are boxed, labelled, and ready for collection or delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment within the factory and warehouse.
Key Skills:
- A proven track record of managing stock levels.
- Previous experience in the Fenestration industry e.g. Curtain walling, Aluminium Windows, Doors or Glazing would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a pro-active attitude, be able to problem solve and plan ahead.
- A Forklift licence would be preferable.

Aluminium Fabricator
We are looking for Aluminium Fabricator to join our Aluminium Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication, inclusive of hanging, beading, and placing gasket into Aluminium Frames, i.e. Doors, Windows & Curtain walling.
- To ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible to meet targets and deadlines.
- Use of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, crimper, etc.
- Provide Technical Support, to both the aluminium team and the overall business.
- Assisting with incoming goods deliveries.
- To ensure all internal maintenance is performed daily and reporting all issues to the Line Manager.
- To ensure that housekeeping is adhered to and maintained.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in the Fenestration industry from Curtain walling, Aluminium Windows, Doors or Glazing (Desirable) within a fabricating role (Essential).

- You will be provided with a van, if required, which you will pay a contribution towards. You will be responsible for fuel.
- A willingness to travel an hour and half from Lincoln and start at our Lincoln depot at 7.00 am.
- You will be required to hold public liability insurance, provide your own tools and protective clothing.
